Fr. John Corapi files lawsuit against accuser

Pregnancy first trimesterQuestion: why isn't his accuser named? I intend that the Church wouldn't name her, but is there whatever primary rule that specifies she can't be named? I'm anxious to see how this lawsuit unfolds. If indeed this is a simulated accusation, then I wish this sends a communication to people who might consider birthing simulated charges against a priest. Fr. Corapi is fortuitous in that he has the funds to do this. Other priests do not.
