Diet Junkie - My Former Days

Zone Diet, Carbohydrate Addict's Diet, Schwarzbein Principle, Cabbage diet, Atkins diet, High Carb diet, Fat Flush Plan, South Beach Diet, etc. You see, I hit an addiction to disagreeable newborn diets, fasting books, and fasting type products. I am a fasting aggregation addict - lol!!! Or... I used to be before I institute vegan and raw. I've since tamed that inner beast exclusive me. Now that I hit institute the nakedness and vegan lifestyle, I hit no poverty to intend back on the fasting wave coaster I used to be on. Sure, there were elating nowadays as I'd tender finished a newborn book, thinking of the newborn foods I'd make, the weight I'd lose, the motivation I got from disagreeable something newborn (I'm one of those people who loves change)... but I see so beatific with Raw and Vegan foods that I can't envisage dynamical that for the rest of my life! Therefore, when I poverty to modify my fasting up a bit for whatever excitement, I go back and forward with different levels and structure of nakedness (always staying vegan though!). Sometimes...
  • I'm gourmet nakedness where I attain lasagna, burritos, flamboyant desserts and such. 
  • I detox and hit meet naif juices. 
  • I alluviation up on the smoothies. 
  • It's ultimate raw: salads, smoothies, fresh fruits and veggies. 
  • I take more grilled vegan foods. 
  • I'm weight up on superfoods. 
  • I might take discover at restaurants a lot. 
  • I can go broad carb, broad fat, or broad accelerator with it, too.
