Swing of 29.1% from Lab to LD since 2007. This is in the NE county constituency gained by the Tories from Labour part as a result of bounds changes.Haywards Heath Franklands Ward, Mid Sussex DC. Con hold. Con 545 (50.8%, +1.7), LD 464 (43.3%, +27.8), Ind 63 (5.9%, -21.4). Swing of 13.1% from Con to LD since 2007.Bilston North Ward, Wolverhampton MBC. Lab acquire from Con. Lab 1292 (64.9%, +19.6), Con 460 (23.1%, -6.5), BNP 131 (6.6%, -5.2), UKIP 55 (2.8%, +2.8), LD 52 (2.6%, -10.7). Swing of 13.1% from Con to Lab since May this year.
